Precision Manufacturing, Inc. is a precision contract manufacturing company headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. We specialize in complex, tight-tolerance components for industries where failure is not an option.
Founded on the belief that contract manufacturing should be a partnership — not a transaction — we've built our reputation one demanding part at a time. Our ISO 9001 certified quality system and decades of production experience give customers the confidence to trust us with their most critical components.
Whether you need a single prototype or a multi-year production run, D&J brings the same rigor, the same equipment, and the same team to every job.

Fort Worth, Texas — central to the Southwest
Built from the ground up on craftsmanship and commitment
Precision Manufacturing was founded in Fort Worth with a clear mission: give aerospace, oil & gas, and industrial OEMs a contract manufacturer they could rely on for precision work without the overhead of a Tier 1 supplier. From day one, we invested in high-quality CNC equipment, skilled machinists, and a quality system that could stand up to regulated industry audits.
Over three decades, we grew our capabilities organically — adding multi-axis machining, sheet metal fabrication, assembly services, and electroless plating as our customers demanded more from a single trusted source.
Today, Precision Manufacturing operates a fully equipped precision manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Our shop runs CNC turning centers capable of up to 24" diameter, multi-axis mill-turn equipment for complex geometries, and vertical machining centers for prismatic work.
We serve customers across the Southwest and nationally, with a particular strength in the Aerospace & Defense corridor that runs through the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex — home to Bell Helicopter, Lockheed Martin, L3 Technologies, and dozens of Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.
The principles that guide every part we make
We hold tolerances to ±0.001″ standard and routinely achieve ±0.0005″ or tighter on critical features. There is no such thing as "close enough" in aerospace or medical manufacturing.
Full material traceability, First Article Inspection reports, certificates of conformance, and full lot documentation are standard — not an add-on. Every part ships with the paperwork to prove it.
We invest in understanding your application — not just your drawing. DFM feedback, lead time planning, and engineering support are part of every relationship.
Aerospace supply chains run on tight schedules. We build realistic production plans, communicate proactively, and deliver when we say we will — because your assembly line depends on it.
Our ISO 9001 quality system is a living framework for improvement — not a binder on a shelf. Regular internal audits, corrective action processes, and training keep us getting better.
We understand the regulatory environments our customers operate in — AS9100, FDA QSR, ITAR, DFARS — and we design our processes to make compliance straightforward.
Full-service precision manufacturing under one roof
Multi-axis milling, turning, and mill-turn operations for complex geometries. Turning up to 24" diameter; mill-turn up to 18" × 60".
High-volume precision screw machine work for production runs of fasteners, fittings, and turned components.
Formed, welded, and assembled structural sheet metal parts for aerospace panels, enclosures, and brackets.
Mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly, integration, and testing of sub-assemblies and complete units.
Precision machining of PEEK, Ultem, Delrin, PTFE, and custom rubber molding for seals and gaskets.
In-house electroless nickel plating, heat treating coordination, and surface finishing to specification.
Deep expertise in four demanding sectors
Structural brackets, actuator components, avionics trays, UAV/drone parts, sensor housings, test fixtures, and GSE hardware. We support OEMs and Tier 1/2 suppliers throughout the DFW aerospace corridor.
Aerospace capabilities →Valve internals (stems, seats, cages, plugs), manifolds, pump components, actuator mounts, and instrumentation housings. Built for high-pressure, corrosive service environments.
Oil & Gas capabilities →Equipment frames, diagnostic system brackets, lab instrument components, and device housings for Class I/II medical devices. Non-implantable components only, manufactured to strict traceability standards.
Medical capabilities →Machine frames, automation components, robotic brackets, conveyor parts, and precision assemblies for industrial OEMs requiring tight tolerances and consistent quality across production runs.
Industrial capabilities →Centrally located in the heart of the Southwest manufacturing corridor
Our facility in Fort Worth, Texas puts us in the center of one of the most active aerospace and industrial manufacturing regions in the United States.
